Restaurant Owners (Multi-Restaurant Owner Accounts)
For anyone with more than 1 restaurant, create an Owner ID/Password here and assign all their Restaurant Client IDs to it. This Owner can log in via "Owner Login" in the Hotel Management Software to view Table Status, Front Office/Room Status, Sale Reports, and Business Analysis across all their restaurants - they cannot edit anything.

Bin (Deleted Clients)
When a Client is "Deleted", they first come here to the Bin - from here they can be Restored, or "Permanently Deleted" to remove them forever. Once Permanently Deleted, that Client's data and ID cannot be recovered.

Announcement
Yahan se ek se zyada announcements banayein, har ek ko alag-alag Clients (jaise "Plan Expiring Within 30 Days" ya "Newly Added Clients") ke liye target karein, aur chaahen to Start/End Date bhi set karein - jab wo announcement khud-ba-khud shuru/band ho jaaye. Har active announcement, matching Clients ki screen par (Trial Banner ke neeche) ek scrolling ticker ki tarah dikhta hai.
Business / Company Details - Sabhi Clients Ke Liye Ek Saath
Yahan se, ek hi click mein, SABHI Clients ke Business/Company Details (Quick Bill (POS) Settings aur Restaurant/Room GST-FSSAI samet) ek saath Block ya Unblock kar sakte hain - kisi ek Client ko alag se select kiye bina. Unblock karne ke baad, Business/Company Details Super Master nahi balki us Client ki apni Master ID edit kar payegi.
Optional Features - Sabhi Clients Ke Liye (Default OFF)
Ye features abhi kisi client ko nahi dikhte. Jab bhi aap inhe software mein laana chahein, yahan se ek click mein SABHI clients ke liye ON kar sakte hain, ya neeche kisi ek client ke Modules mein sirf usi ke liye.
Client Accessibility Details
Turn software modules (like Front Office/Rooms, Sale Reports, etc.) ON/OFF for any specific Client from here. A module you turn OFF will be invisible and inaccessible to everyone for that Client - including the Master ID and staff - until you turn it back ON.

System Health - All Clients At A Glance
Har client ka software chupke se khud apni choti-badi sabhi problems (errors, save-failures, data-integrity, bade data ka khatra) yahan report karta hai - client ko kabhi koi error nahi dikhta. Har problem ke bagal mein uska solution hai. Refresh dabane par jin problems ka safe auto-fix possible hai (jaise atka hua table, 1 MB limit ke paas data) wo client ka software khud theek kar deta hai; baaki problems (internet, permission, duplicate bill jaisi) sirf report hoti hain taaki data kabhi apne-aap na badle.

Super Master Credentials
Ye ek GLOBAL username/password hai jisse BillJi support team, KISI BHI Client ID mein login karke, support ke liye kisi galat Bill ko Cancel ya Edit kar sakti hai (kabhi Delete nahi - Sr.No/Bill No hamesha surakshit rehta hai). Har action neeche log mein saaf dikhta hai.

Jab bhi Super Master se koi bill Cancel ya Edit hua ho, wo yahan turant dikhega - kis Client par, kaunsi Bill, kya wajah.

Software Logo
Yahan se naya logo lagane par, wo Admin Panel AUR Hotel Management Software - dono mein, sabhi clients ke liye, turant update ho jayega. (Kisi bhi client ke apne hotel/restaurant ke liye pehle se maujood, alag logo feature par iska koi asar nahi padega.)
SmartScan Tone Setup
Naya SmartScan order aane par, restaurant client ki screen par ye tone bajta hai. Yahan se naya tone (MP3/WAV) lagane par, wo sabhi clients ke liye turant apply ho jayega.
Delete Passkey
Ye passkey, kisi bhi Client ka galat Bill delete karne, ya Plan History se koi entry delete karne se pehle, confirm karne ke liye maanga jaata hai. Yahan se ise reset kar sakte hain.
Delete Client ID Passkey
Ye ek ALAG passkey hai - ye sirf tab maanga jaata hai jab kisi Client ID ko HAMESHA KE LIYE, poori tarah delete kiya ja raha ho (Bill delete wale passkey se alag). Yahan se ise reset kar sakte hain.
